Overview
The Advanced Services Engineer at Centerlogic Inc. holds a crucial role in managing and delivering high-level IT services for the company’s most challenging clients. This position entails not only setting technical standards and leading in proactive and automation workflows but also directly managing a portfolio of primary clients, similar to the Systems Engineer on other teams. The Advanced Services Engineer ensures top-tier IT support, project oversight, and acts as one of the senior escalation points within Centerlogic.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management and Support:
- Directly manage and support a portfolio of primary clients, providing high-level IT services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Technical Leadership and Innovation:
- Develop and enforce technical standards across the organization along with the rest of Advanced Services
- Lead the creation and maintenance of automation workflows to enhance service delivery.
Project Oversight and Technical Review:
- Evaluate technical aspects of proposed projects for feasibility and alignment with company standards.
- Provide expert recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
Advanced IT Support and Problem Solving:
- Serve as the highest escalation point for complex technical issues across the company.
- Resolve challenging problems requiring deep technical expertise.
Internal Systems Support and Collaboration:
- Provide IT support for internal systems and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive technical strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in IT systems, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Experience with MSP tools (RMM, PSA, Documentation), preferably Connectwise.
- Strong capability in developing and managing IT automation and workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in client relationship management and communication.
Deliverables and Metrics:
- Effective management and support of primary client portfolios.
- Successful implementation and maintenance of advanced IT solutions.
- High-level resolution of technical escalations.
- Adherence to all administrative work being turned in on time (Timesheets, expenses, etc.).
- Positive contributions to technical reviews and project outcomes.
- Leadership in technical standards development and knowledge sharing.

- 25% (Preferred)
